The KA4R brake is the newest addition to the Kelgate portfolio and has already clocked up numerous race wins.

Designed for Sprint racing the KA4R caliper is lightweight and features manual adjustment to set the pad distance from the disc to eliminate pad drag.  However the adjusters can be completely removed and used as a normal self-adjusting caliper.

 

The KA4R system is lighter than both the GTK and the KA4 due to intelligent weight reduction and premium materials.

This powerful and lightweight 4 pot caliper is manufactured from aerospace aluminium and hard anodised to ensure high quality performance.  The seals are also made from the highest quality materials for optimal performance and longevity.

 

The 12mm x 195mm fully vented disc is also made from premium cast material and cryogenically tempered to yield further strength.  This high strength material is then drilled and vented to maximise heat dispersion without compromising its required strength.
